  We were pleasantly surprised by the Ibis CDG. We booked a family room for our transit stay at the CDG before flying back home to KL. We were expecting a crammed little room to share with our teenage kids and a hassle to go from one terminal to the other. Everything went so smoothly as shuttle was clearly marked. We had dinner at the Ital - The room was cosy, clean and had all facilities that were required. The Ibis airport was a perfect location to stay in Paris because its a lot cheaper and value for money than staying in Paris centre.....which was so overpriced for terrible rooms! Right outside the hotel is the RER which has a direct train line to Paris centre. It was perfect for us to catch the trains around Paris especially from the airport hotel. This time we were returning from a cruise; previously we had been touring France in a rent car.   After being in so many small, urban hotel rooms, it was a refreshing treat to find ourselves in an apartment in a French village setting. Although the village is so close to cdg airport, we never heard the airplanes or even knew we were so close. The apartment had an extremely spacious, clean and simple layout.   We stayed there for one night, the parking so close to the room which made things easier since traveling with kids, the hotel was around 10 minutes drive from parc Asterisk which was our destination the next morning. The room was new, so the smell of fresh paint was a bit strong but not annoying. - The hotel was very nice.   Loved the set up of the room and the cleaniness. Loved the fact that there was free shuttle to the aiport. Made life very easy for me. The hotel provided a nice cot for my infant - very good locate and service，room is clean and it has everything i need，easy to find the bus to go there。i feel very comfortable with the service and the room.
