  Absolutely perfect, staff very nice and helpful, excellent breakfast + suprise at our arrival : we have been upgraded to a kind of junior suite while we have booked only a superior room, soooooo cool.   Erittäin siisti, rauhallinen hotelli. Huone mukavasti kalustettu. Hyvä palvelu. - Excellent location - quiet but less than a 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge and the old town. Tram stop about 2 minutes away. Other shops, bars, and restaurants located close by so no need to cross the river again in the evening. Staff very good, breakfast superb. Courtesy room with shower towels etc and luggage lockers for late departure - Information we needed was readily available. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

  The location was fantastic, very close to the old town square which was beautiful at Christmas. The room was very generous with everything you would need (luxury superior room). We also requested a bath on booking and this wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very varied with a good amount of hot food as well as cereal, yougurt and cold meat. Finally, there was free w - This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet square in the old town within minutes walking distance of all Prague's main attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts and evening meals very good. I have stayed here twice now and have recommended it to others who have holidayed here as well.

  Clean and fresh, good and prompt service - The most interesting hotel I've ever stayed in. Stayed in HoneymoonSuite and had our own Jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Wonderful history anduniqueness about the hotel, great artwork and finish throughout.Excellent location at the foot of Prague castle.   Aamiaisesta! - good location,opposite train terminal and only short walk to city centre. Comfortable, good size room and bathroom. Had tea/coffe facilities which is not commonplace in Europe. - Location of hotel was within walking distance of the town, very pleasent staff with good size rooms.

  The hotel was great. They upgraded us to a bigger room because we needed a cot for our daughter. The hotel was walking distance from the old town square - The beds were so nice did not want to leave
