  Henkilökunnan palvelualttius - The Santini Residence is an absolutely wonderful hotel. This small hotel is located in in an area most convenient to major sites of interest in the city. My wife and I stayed in a suite which was one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotel rooms we have ever used (our next stop was the Fours Seasons hotel in Budapes... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t where the room did not compare). The staff was always extremely helpful. - I stayed at three excellent hotels during my wonderful stay in Prague. All were excellent!! But I am certain I saved the best for last...as I have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe - Santini Residence without a doubt has been the most pleasurable. I will be back for sure.

  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Not unlike what we experienced in Brno. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  Sijaiti ja siisteys - Location was perfect, room was lovely very clean, staff were very friendly - The room was phenomenal! Big room, lots of space, beautiful view and very close to city centre. If I ever go back to Prague I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

  My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in.   Superb atmosphere & exceptionally stylish interior design (some may find a bit dark & gloomy, but it's entirely a matter of taste, it completely fits the name and the oriental trend of the hotel + it doesn't bother at all if u stay for a few days), all very new and not shabby at all (was important for me), very comfortable beds and pillows... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , very nice design bathrooms, perfect B&O displays plus very good breakfasts! - Fantastic rooms. Great design. Very cool atmosphere. Great bathroom. Complimentary prosseco with breakfast. Those who commented on the lighting system being complicated may be a little technophobic. It was pretty simple and took no time at all to understand. This would rate as one of the best hotel experiences for us. They raise the level from Ritz Carlton and Shangri La on the basis of atmosphere and room design alone.
