  We had an excellent comfortable stay at the Hotel U Kocku, the staff were very welcoming, perfessional and friendly. Our room was first class it was a lovely big room and very comfortable. Recently renovated Apt bldg with beautiful rooms and spectacular views of the city rooftops and steeples. Like something out of a storybook! 5 min walk to Charles Bridge. Hotel staff was awesome and the woman that we dealt was charming and wonderful, she really made us feel at home. Good breakfast. A 4 star hotel in the loveliest part of Prague! - Great location, only 1 minute from the clock square. The best place tostay when you are a tourist!Good breakfast-great variety.The staff wasnice and polite.Spacious room with double windows-no noise at all. Goodbeds with great pillows and "blankets"!   We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Prague (despite some poor weather) and in particular here in U Lilie. The accomodation has been first class and the staff/owners have been superb. By the way the breakfast is second to none. We also had a meal one night and it was excellent too. If we return to Prague we would certainly come to U Lilie. - 1.   The city and the hotel were beautiful and incredibly amazing. The staff at Boscolo Prague went out of their way to make me feel welcome and part of their family. The bartender and bar staff went above and beyond.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
