  We stayed for 5 nights from March 28 to April 2. They granted us all our requests: big carpeted room with king-sized bed and nice view. Thanks Ms Jenny of reservations whom I had been coordinating with via email! The hotel is very near the Chongwenmen subway station (lines 2 & 5). The hotel is also directly connected to New Worl - The staff, especially Julia, was quick to respond to our needs and complaints.   Staff is very kind - one of our young guests (11-years boy) forgot his passport in hotel and we were very happy when we called hotel 6 hours later and were informed that his passport was found and now we can get it - and so we did immediately, our flight was not cancelled. It allows me to do some work while the kids are watching a movie. We really liked the rooms even though you should be prepared for having a bathroom and a toilet in the same room where you sleep - we knew it and we didn't mind :)

They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge.
