  Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. - this is the hotel that has keurig coffee maker. fabulous. the bed is so comfy. it didnt give me a bad backache... mitä ihmiset sanovat » compared to other hotels i have been checking in.wi fi is fantastic! - I don't know what percentage of rooms have been renovated, but my room had all new fixtures - bathroom heating and cooling. I also thought the truckers' theme front desk was cool.

  Very clean & well maintained as well as good value for money. Their non-smoking rooms were really smoke free - nice change. - Older property. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Staff were friendly. Easy to locate. Well worth the cost.

  After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. The entire resort caters to quiet people and the room was SILENT after 10 pm - we caught up on much-needed sleep! The restaurant was fantastic... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and we loved splashing out for a couple of delicious, beautifully prepared dinners. In-room bar fridge made making breakfast and lunch easy. Loved S - Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room. We will always remember your thoughtfulness and first class service. Thank you , Andrea and Jim
