The room we could get had two queen sized beds. Within a day or so, we got a phone message saying that the hotel had upgraded us. I suspect it was because another customer needed the second bed. The room with a king size bed was very comfortable. We loved the
fireplace and the heating system worked very well. The breakfast was
adequate. The first morning the front office staff was very quick to
replenish supplies that had run out for the breakfast.

Price was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very average, but they were clean and well kept up.

Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! -
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It was quite close to West Edmonton Mall as well

Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.

After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room.
