The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided some directions about places to visit and things to do. We were offered sandwiches for the way home, since we had to leave very early in the morning. We spent one night in Melnik, Bulgaria and picked the Chavkova House. This was an excellent pick; the rooms are roomy, clean and tidy. We are a family of 3 (small children), and selected the junior suite. This room was a perfect fit for our family. The staff is friendly, informative and speaks good English. We also has lunch and breakfast (include in the room), everything was wonderful.
