Staff, service, room comfort, swimming pool. great location! big rooms. A little expensive for Bulgaria. rooms are barely furnished. bathrooms are new and clean BUT you are not allowed to flush toilet paper!!! the room was not made until 6pm and we only got fresh towels after mentioning the fact. breakfast was included BUT that was a joke! not even a 2 year old girl would get full on the amount they served.
