  Right from our arrival to our departure the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was very large and comfortable. There were a total of 3 TVs ( one in each bedroom and in the lounge area). The gym is very well equipped and the heated pool and spa were an added bonus. Was an overall very enjoyable experience. - The standard of the hotel is very good for Bolivia. In particular the lunch and dinner menue have an excellent quality for a very fair price.

  This is a great hotel with excellent location right next to the San Francisco Cathedral and great shopping streets. Renovation kept the main spirit of the old building and they are done perfectly.   This is a really well-managed and very friendly hotel and I can't recommend it enough. I stayed for 4 nights over two different periods in May. I had originally only planned a 2 night stay but they were so welcoming and helpful that I stayed again. Very clean.
