  The service was excellent! My friend fainted in our room shortly after arriving. I called for help and one of the staff ran up 5 flights of stairs (there is a perfectly functional elevator) and offered to call a doctor. He came back 5 min later with coca tea and bottled water. In addition, the location was perfect right next to the witches market... mitä ihmiset sanovat » and good souvenir shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Showers were always hot and with excellent pressure. Felt very secure. Overall, a great - Perfect location, on Sagarnaga street and very near the pedestrian Calle Linares. Two computers available in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is connected to a travel agency, through which we could get a bus to Copacabana, boarding right in front of the hotel.

  Great staff except one man. They were so helpful, relaxed and friendly except him I stayed like 8-9 days there and there was always hot water. I mostly stayed at 3rd floor and it wasn't cold even there was no heating. Location was appropriate I think.
