Beautiful place to stay, right in the centre of Bruges but on a small street so no traffic noise and very near the canal. Loved the light, airy and luxurious room (vanilla room) which also had a lovely roll top slipper bath and walk in shower. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff met us and showed us around and served a great continental breakfast. Honesty bar and access to kitchen for teas and coffees was a nice touch. Beautiful tiny courtyard garden.

Because of industrial strikes at the ports we did not arrive until after midnight and the hotel arranged keys for us outside and upgraded our room with a beautiful bathroom to get over our bad journey.
