  Super fast checkin (~1min only signed already filled form). Free shuttle bus every 30mins. Very convenient location. Some reviewers wrote about some problems with the access cards.   The staff was excellent and we ate at the hotel and the food was excellent as well. When I'm in Brussels again I will be back to your hotel. Thanks for everything. - The staff was friendly and spoke English. The shuttle was convenient and free. We were glad to have a pool. The room was nice.
