  Great hotel & great service located next to the Train Station of Leuven. Though city train station areas normally tend to be a little shabby this word does not apply to Leuven central station. Het ligt direct achter het station, is alleen wat lastig te vinden op de tomtom dus laat je goed informeren hoe er te komen. Verder een mooi hotel met design lobby. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij kwamen later in de middag aan maar er stond zo een extra bed klaar. En de matrassen sliepen erg fijn en dat hoor je mij niet snel zeggen want ik ben daar meer dan kritisch over. Ik kom zeker terug.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly as well as very efficient. As a business solo traveller of some 20 odd years, this was one of the best airport hotels I have stayed so far. It was very nice experience to be made to feel welcome as a 'guest' for a change instead of a necessary evel visiting on them. The shuttle was marked, there was wifi in my room, (even though it did take a few tries to connect it) and it was enough bandwidth to stream shows. The WiFi Internet connection worked well most of the time, just in the evening there were problems with too many clients connected. Proper restaurants can be found in the city Centre in Groot Markt which takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to, allowing a reconnaisance of a pleasant shopping street en-route

The double glazing very effectively kept the noise from the road out and the floor to ceiling curtains were blackout so I could sleep in the summer evening. In fact it is so good I have arranged for all my travel to Belgium to be based there.
