  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station.   Very good stay. The friendly attitude of the members of staff and the homely envinroment over shadows the intial few complaints we had. Please keep it up as we will be glad to stay with you at the earliest opportunity. All the best. - It was really close to the train station and it was pretty cheap comparing to the other hotels
