  Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. The breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning -- delievered at your door are fresh croissants from local ba - The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

  Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs. He very informative with what to do in and around town. Xavier and his mother were able to call around to find out if things were open and to book things.   The apartment is very very nice and comfortable. The bed is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped and easily allows the preparation of meals (despite the microscopic table for consuming them).   Location central, yet quiet. Very good beds. Nice atmosphere. Separate toilet/shower is good. - On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.
