We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Great location - close to Metro station, within 15 minutes walk distance to Central Station.
Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.

Very close to one of the main pedestrian shopping streets, so pack an empty bag. Also very walkable to all the chocolatiers, royal palace & town hall etc
The rooms on the first floor are very nicely decorated and space -
Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
