  Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

The room was as new, breakfast room cosy and well arranged so to be able to have breakfast even before the set times.   Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. This hotel is a real find! - size of rooms and cleanliness; central location but it was still quiet; friendliness and helpfulness of staff.

  Hotel is very personal and cosy. Breakfast is very good with many breads, fruits, cheese and many kind of teas... Metro is near. - If you want fun – this is for you. There are also some shopping posibilities as well as restaurants in the nearest neighborhood. The hotel itself is very modern furnished and have design decoration. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very helpful, offered breakfast contained high quality and tasteful food.

  Location central, yet quiet. Very good beds. Nice atmosphere. Separate toilet/shower is good. - On arrival at the hotel (3 hours before official check-in) we were warmly welcomed, our luggage stored and given a map and some advise on exploring the local area. If we are to return to Brussels I would not look anywhere els - Great location! Very close to the centrum and train station. The hotel is surrounded by several great bars and restaurants. Staff was very professional and accommodating. We arrived after the kitchen quite late and the bartender/receptionist were very helpful in providing late night snacks and drinks -- great staff! Free wifi with reasonable speed. Breakfast was great, although a bit expensive (20 euro) if not reserved in advanced.
