Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. This was definitely good value for money, me and my daughters (18 and 21)

They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The rooms are very clean and you get a real good value for your euro especially compared to the prices of other hotels in the same area. The hotel itself is in a very good area for sightseeing in the Brussels area.

We loved the style and decor of the flat - spacious and very close (within easy walking distance) to Grand Place. Although very central no outside noise could be heard from the bedroom so combined with a very comfy bed,this made for a great night sleep. The owner was polite and helpful and we would recommend the flat as a great base to explore Brussels.
