The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

Our experience was excellent from every aspect: location, cleanliness of the rooms, staff, service. It's in a great position in the centre - not too far from anything but not at all noisy. Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
