The location was good with easy access to all sights in Brussells. Very good value for money. - Good location, clean and most of all friendly and helpful staffs.

  The location is great. It is not so crowded as in the centre but it is also close to actually everything. We used to walk to Grand Place, Magritte Museum, Grand Sablon and the shopping streets. There is a bunch of very good restaurants. The food is cheaper and much fresher than in the centre.   We absolutely loved the room. Nicely decorated, own kitchenette with cookware, and stylish. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was also really comfortable. Tap water in the room was really tasty, as it is considered one of the best tap waters in Europe. WE also had a little fridge in the room, which was really useful and unexpected. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Belgian of course and makes you feel like you've known her for years. She also prepared a delicious pot of strawberry jam for breakfast which she prepared herself the day before.

  The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
