The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.

  The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

  Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.
