Everything. Pascal is the best host you can ever have. He would go out of his way to book us train tickets, provide us with maps of Brussels and other cities and always willing to answer all our questions and give us advice on sights to see.Our room was super nice (King's suite) and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price. Elizabeth metro station is very very close. City centre not so close on foot but a nice long walk around 20-25 minutes.Price was fantastic as well.Definit.

His knowledge and advice made our trip to Brussels a pleasure - we were able to plan and prioitise our time effectively and had terrific short break in an city previously unknown to us. Our room was beautifully decorated in a colonial theme and the B&B is well equipped. Top marks and good value. We liked everything at this location: the very friendly host, Pascal, that helped us all the way giving useful information and being there all the time, the location (very close to the town center), the room facilities (very big and clean,wi-fi). We strongly recommend bb Leopold ii if you travel for the first timp in Brussels. The friendliness, availability and informality of Pascal (the owner), and the large size of the room, facing the rear of the building, very quiet. A very good place to rest after a day of sightseeing in Brussels. Good wi-fi internet connection, free. The room is clean and confortable. It has a beautiful old style.Pascal is the best host.Easy to get to the down town with feet or metro.Nice breakfast and friendly enviroment. It has a great garden. It's very excellent. Near to metro stations, 15 minutes walking to the center. Great atmosphere, feel like a nice homestay. Super comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The only thing was the exterior of the building which does not reflect how nice the interior is. No negative aspects to register. I thought front door security was a bit iffy. The location isn't very good but by subway we can reach the city center in 10 min. The cats in my feet during my breakfast !. hot water issue when I was there.
