  Fabulous resort. Fantastic Spa and Staff. Christos at the Spa was a consummate professional and was very knowledgable. Martin in the ski rental area was very helpful and also provided excellent customer service. The reception staff provided the best customer service i have experienced in a long time. The Spa was beautiful, the setting is lovely and the staff did everything they could to make us happy. Gorgeous large room for a very reasonable price considering the luxury. Ski shop excellent too. It's more comfortable to have a car available, although there is a bus passing by the main road and the staff will assist you with schedules and any other information you might need.   The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured!
