The Stubai valley is at your disposal from the town of Fulpmes. If you don't feel like driving up to the resorts, there are bus stops regularly along the length of the valley. Snow at the upper elevations is already very good. The Stubaital valley is gorgeous, and Solden is an hour away.

  The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. We had three glorious days of serious hiking, including a quick cable car ride up to 3210 metres. There was an excellent evening of Tyrolean music in the village.   Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped. there was even Nespresso coffe machine in our room!   Fabulous views of the mountains from the Junior suite room we had, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Spa was extensive although not staffed during the time we were there July weekend.. - Staff were quite pleasant and breakfast was delicious.
