  Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped. there was even Nespresso coffe machine in our room! Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

We recommend this hotel to our friends and we would like to come back there some day.

  The upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite was very much appreciated - Abosolutely huge rooms (more like a suite!). Perfect views from our room. Very good pool and sauna facilities. Helpfull staff at all times!

  The hotel made our perfect ski weekend even better. They upgraded our room to a one-bedroom suite. Reception was friendly and very helpful.   The hotel is situated in Tirol with a good access to the ski resorts (Ehrward - Zugspitze, Lemoos, 10 min drive by car). Also for summer there is a wide range of hiking roads around the hotel, we made a tour to Thaneller which has a great view on the village of Berwang and also on Zugspitze.
