  I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved the bed and linen. The shower and toilet was clean with luxurious soft towels. However, the intimate and cozy feeling, plus the fine elegance of the deco all offer a nice and comfortable stay. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel.   The location couldn't be better, in front of central station, very close to the bus to Bondi beach, very close to the free bus to Quay.... Loved the roof top and the possibility to make there a lot of friends and the constant friendly environment.... We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

  Had an outstanding time from the moment I walked through the doors! Staff were excellent and really friendly, and we received a complementary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday :) The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, and everything was of high quality! :) T2 tea yum!!   We arrived at the hotel and saw the stairs and thought "Oh No", but reception immediately said they would bring our bags up for us. We were really grateful. Same thing in the morning. She totally made my day. Despite the plain look from the outside, the hotel was pretty cool on the inside. My fault for not checking the maps, I thought it would be right next to the airport.   The cleaning staff did an excellent job 'making up' our room every day and made an effort to fit into our doctor appt times. The room was very clean and a nice leafy aspect from the balcony. We would certainly go back again. - Location was close to North Shore Private Hospital, the reason for our visit, but also close to public transport for other purposes.   I like very much this backpackers. It is located near from several tourist places of city as Opera House and Botanic gardens Walk.
