I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews. Well, was I pleasantly suprised! I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor. This place ticks all the boxes. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.
