It is just beautiful and I would highly recommend this place for couples or a group of couples just wanting to relax and unwind, this place is private and romantic and just gorgeous....I adored the private swimming pool! Allways a good stay in the Hyatt Perth, a well run hotel with great staff. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. Your staff were courteous and friendly at all times.

Almost everything. The property is beautiful and extremely well run, the staff are very well trained and the food is fantastic. It feels like being in the South of France, in a property of understated elegance as opposed to the gaudy opulence of some 5 star resorts. -

Love Bunker Bay! We discovered the resort one year ago and have been
back twice since. Such a lovely break, and so easy to have our active
five year old with us. The level of service, high quality studio were as
expected. The food god breakfast was exceptional; I think we would be

found the kids meals fantastic, and we had a couple of dishes and a
couple of glasses of wine each night and were happy. -
Facilities in room for cooking and laundry even impressed by salt and
pepper being available and dishwasher/cleaner replaced when used. So
many places don't do this forcing people to either buy their own or
not bother because you would have to purchase a whole bottle or box of
dishwasher tablets.
Everything very clean and well maintained and nothing too much trouble.

The short answer is ... everything.
The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.
