Generally: lovely and clean. Overall just what you want to walk into. Kids gasped and went 'woooh'! Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice. Great for the kids, away from town and close to beach. I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.

breakfast on Sunday morning. He was extremely pleasant and a asset to
your hotel. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We
noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear
