  Spent the final two nights in Perth at Pier 21 (Executive 1-room apartment). I must say that it's the best decision we made. Right after the booking online, I was contacted shortly by Pier 21 directly to confirm the booking. Loved the design of the executive Queen with 2 rooms: gave me a break from the kids and they loved having their own room! Furnishing and fittings were really nice.   Everything worked well. The chair/sofa was comfortable and King size bed was good. The curtains actually kept the sun out in the morning! - The excellent restaurant and the friendliness of staff. Central location and great tourist information.

They were offering all kinds of help before we had even asked for it.This included making bookings for day trips , flights etc., and for caring for our luggage while we were away for a few days. We were welcomed warmly by Steve and our room was changed to be nearer to our family coming in from the bush. The accommodation was great and well serviced. Being associated with nearby Matso's was a bonus. We could walk or catch the bus to town, the markets, the Museum and Cable Beach. We got the regular shuttle to the airport.   We were a group of 2 young couples who stayed at the resort for 3 nights. We absolutely loved staying here. We managed to get a good deal and I am so glad that I snavelled it as it was worth every dollar. Situated right on the beach we could all come and go as we liked. Our room was upgraded without us asking and our request for a late checkout was granted. He made us feel welcome and that we were important. We noticed he was rushed off his feet so we took it upon ourselves to clear some tables for him which was our privilage.
