Great value for money, really friendly staff. Great pool with excellent waterslide to keep the kids amused. Good shallow pool for toddlers. Nice deep sink in room for washing baby bottles, no need to wash them in the bathroom. Nice outside space on the ground floor - recommend ground floor rooms. -

The layout of the room was really practical.
The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs.
Being across the road from a 7-11 was very handy and having such good access to public transport was very helpful. -

Trudy was very welcoming and helpful. The views from the two bedroomed apartment were stunning. It is positioned close to the amenities but the walk up the hill was fairly challenging but worth it. The pool and spa area were beautifully kept and were never crowded. Would certainly recommend to others and have no hesitation staying there again. Thank you Martinique for a fantastic experience.

We liked the location and ambience, convenience and style of The Manor Apartment Hotel. The architecture of the building is both charming and of heritage style which appeals to us. Being just out of the shopping precinct, next to the historic GPO and a short walk to Central Station, makes it perfectly located.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.
