All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours.   Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan.
