Excellent hotel and staff. It is actually a hidden Gem in Noosa. The manager Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my 19 yrs old son where we were visiting Noosa from Jordan. The room was clean, comfortable with modern amenities. The view to the river is a million dollar one, they need to upgrade their web site to show off the magnificent views. Will definitely come back to the same hotel for a longer stay. Thank you Tony for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a prime location perfect if you are looking to go to the beach, wander around the shops or choose from the many restaurants in Hastings Street. A perfect spot for a weekend getaway or holiday. The location is on the Main Street and opposite the beach. Very vibrant area with tourist type shops and restaurants. There ws washing machines and dryers in the laundry. The car parking was good and undercover. Efficient arrangements in spite of work going on at hotel. Clean.Sensible: tidied bed rather than changed linen after one night. Shower worked beautifully. Very close to beach, shops, eating places. We got a VERY good deal and staff were really happy to oblige with regard to wanting to 2 single beds in our unit. Views of river one side and pool on other, right in Hastings Street. Hotel Laguna was great value for money in a fantastic location. I loved that the beach, shopping and cafes were on our doorstep and nothing like a dip in the pool after the beach!. Easy location in Noosa. openess, view. Locality. The room was small but very well fitted out, comfortable and contained all we needed for our short stay. The little balcony on level 2 had a lovely view over the river in the afternoon. It was relatively quiet during our stay and the pool and beach were easily accessible and not crowded. Excellent location for all Hastings St restaurants and shops. Fresh towels daily, very helpful front desk, easy onsite parking but be careful on weekends as things got busier and we opted to leave the car parke. This is a great central location for Noosa in a quiet area with good facilities for an extended stay- river facing balcony was lovely and it's good that there is a dvd player & kitchenette. Location and views over the inner river Room was confy. The manager gave me my money back after declaring that I was leaving after the first night and prepared to forego my second night. No Elevator, so one has to carry heavy laugage to rooms, not pleasant in the heat. There was nothing we didn't like. Bathroom a little cramped. Stairs challenging for disabled persons. For the price - nothing. It was a shame the renovations weren't finished, but maybe next year!. There wasn't anything I disliked but I did fall over the hump in the driveway and scratched me knee but I think I just didn't notice the white lines sufficiently enough!. Nothing - it was great!. Bathroom was small. Heated pool not warm enough for the cooler weather. Wi fi would not connect in apartment. Worked okay outside of apartment. In general all shops in the area are way over priced and the only bottle shop closed at 7pm?. Hot plate or electric frypan would have been useful. Cosmetically, some aspects of the room could use an update (paint peeling on doors, old bathroom etc) but nothing major. Nothing. Nothing much, maybe the fact that there is no elevator, a bit difficult with a young child if you are on the 3rd floor but frankly speaking, this is not really a negative point. Everything was great!. Receptionist didn't smile or be pleasant ,to be fair I am sure she was doing many jobs and is over worked. Unfortunately not too sound proof from adjoining room. Some of the plates and cutlery in the kitchenette were not very clean, the kitchenette drawers also looked like they needed a good clean out. No elevator would be difficult if staying on a higher floor. The room was not serviced during a 6 night stay apart from getting fresh towels. You wouldn't live in your own house without cleaning anything for 6 days so I felt it was a bit poor considering I paid the same price every night for a dirty room. I also had no fridge on the first day, and there was no one in reception on a day when I locked my key in the room and I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get back in!!!. Staff Stayed for three nights but for the second day onwards they stopped cleaning Advertise free wifi but the room had no signal. Where do I start. Pathetic conditions, none working phone (although they changed it) burnt light bulb, food stuck on the floor, curtains falling apart, hard and lumpy bed, ditto pillows, dirty plates........

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and barbecue, Hotel Laguna is set in Noosa Heads in the Queensland Region, 1 km from Noosa National Park. Noosa Visitor Information Centre is 400 metres from the property. Free WiFi is offered and free private parking is available on site. The accommodation is air conditioned and is fitted with a seating area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Some units feature a balcony and/or patio with river views.
