Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. For the small number of hours I used the room it was exactly what I wanted. I could catch the tram outside the door and come back the same way which was great. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.
