The front desk staff were excellent. So helpful. We were in Melbourne looking for a flat for our daughter so had some paperwork to do. Staff did some photocopying and faxing for us and it was no trouble for them.(We had our own laptop and internet) We needed a carpark and were able to have one. I n a visit a few weeks before the weather was very hot and they gave us an iceblock and cold drink on our return from house hunting. Very thoughtful-full marks. We will certainly visit again.

We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

A great location handy to the airport,,which is what we were looking for. Happy hour at the bar was great, with the staff treating all the guests that were there as part of the family. I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap.

I was in single bed room. Cheapest I could get.

The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. Very friendly staff. The studio give to us was pretty much close to
everything in St. Kilda. If you can... Make sure to ask for a studio
in either 5 Acland Street or 36 Blessington Street (which is where
we stayed). Right outside the building there was a barbecue grill
(free to use)... So be ready to get some meat from Cole's and
start grilling!!!

The little apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was easy to book, to extend our stay for a few days, and to check out -- that was all very efficient. Just enough servicing to make keeping the place tidy, without being intrusive. Fantastic location and great value. We'll definitely stay there next time we're in Melbourne.
