  As an Events Manager I had traveled from nz to organised a ladies night out for a friends birthday at the Sheraton Sydney. As soon as we walked in the doors we were treated like princesses and the service continued till we were spoilt rotten. I was raised up with lavished hotels so I have high and fussy expectations. The bathroom bat - We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream.   Modern rooms, very clean. Self-contained units--everything you need to cook and do laundry. They even supply laundry/dishwasher soap daily. Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint. Complementary internet was very good. 1GB/day and excellen - The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

  We stayed at the Meriton Apartments - World Tower for a girls weekend away. Travelling from Melbourne & Brisbane we were looking for something central and comfortable. World Tower more than exceeded our expectations. The beds & pillows were to die for. There was no noise from other rooms and although they don't have a restaurant, there are plenty of restaurants & cafes at your doorstep. Som - Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to Australia again.

  We enjoyed our stay at the Meriton in Kent Street very much. It is nicer and cleaner than a similar priced apartment hotel nearby that we had previously stayed in. On arrival we were greeted by helpful, professional reception staff and the two requests we had made when booking were met. Thank you. Our room was clean, spacious and relaxing. The staff were great - the concierge noticed we were exhausted after catching an overnight flight and (without being asked) arranged for a room cleaned so we cleaned so we could check in early.   Great location for sightseeing and near the Rocks. The room was very well appointed, laid out and comfortable (including the bed). A few friends stayed at the same hotel and all thought the same. Being on a high floor facing George St away from the noise below was good. Having a balcony to step out was also a good feature. Cooking facility is good as well, good stay...lots of places to eat for lunch, but most of them are closed after 5:00pm.
