  Location is very good, close to South Bank and City centre but in a quiet area. Apartment was clean, well equipped and with free wi-fi we could find and book what we wanted in Brisbane ( including the internet booking of city cycles that can then be taken from the cycle stand at the park, across the road .) I appreciated the ashtrays on the balcony and that the staff didn't play shame-the- smoker. I only spoke to the gentleman at the desk, but can't remember his name - sorry! But thanks for a lovely albeit short stay. I also liked the parking and that we weren't charged an arm and a leg for it.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre of Brisbane it is ideally located.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger apartment which would have been wonderful had I been travelling with company.   I liked the closeness to the city, the restaurants and cafes. I loved my room. The facilities were tremendous for the size of the room. Kitchenette, wardrobe, microwave etc etc. The bathroom was perfect. The staff were helpful. Check in and early leaving was easily arranged. The room was very clean.   I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. Parking was great, easy to find and secure with direct access to the building. Both ladies I spoke with at reception were very professional and friendly and gave an excellent first impression.
