  The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.   I like feeling as if I'm a part of a family rather than a room number. They all took time to get to know me and it was greatly appreciated. - Very charming with a family atmosphere. Very pleasant rooms including a patio area. We enjoyed our stay with Livian.

  Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
