  Without question....the staff is unbeatable! The owner and son are on premise for most of each day. They have a great team of people. Most all spoke English fluently. The entire team is SUPER helpful and accommodating. Can't say enough about them! The location is fantastic: shopping, walking, dining, several churches within walking distanc... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e, active nightlife with a myriad of sidewalk cafes, and yet....even with our windows open all night, we heard little to no noise. Transportation is - The staff was professional and very kind. I felt very safe in the hotel as a foreigner and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It's walking distance to all the hip neighborhoods and great tourist attractions. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will be back.

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable and the overall colonial look very well maintained.   The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I arrived 1am and the staff was waiting for us. The room has kitchen supplies, the location is surrounded by restaurants, pubs and the Flea Market. The next door neighbor is a grocery store, 10-15 min walking distance to Palermo Metro Station.
