Nicolas at the front desk. He went out of his was, and even let us his cell phone in our room when the hotel phones were not working. He gave us his email and offered to help us if we needed anything. -

Very helpful and friendly staff. Full breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi working fine. Kitchen infrastructure sufficiently equipped for preparation of simple menues. Ask for quite rooms towards back of the house, traffic in front can be very noisy.

The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. -

We stayed at the park Hyatt for 2 nights after spending a few nights at a vineyard. The hotel is beautiful and in a great area to explore the city. The room was a good size and the staff could not of been more helpful. -
