  Nicolas at the front desk. He went out of his was, and even let us his cell phone in our room when the hotel phones were not working. He gave us his email and offered to help us if we needed anything. - The staff was nice and ready to meet most of our needs.

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Full breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi working fine. Kitchen infrastructure sufficiently equipped for preparation of simple menues. Ask for quite rooms towards back of the house, traffic in front can be very noisy.

  The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. - Near Plaza Independencia. Clean enough. Staff was helpful and accomodating.

  We stayed at the park Hyatt for 2 nights after spending a few nights at a vineyard. The hotel is beautiful and in a great area to explore the city.   The location of Alojarse en Mendoza B&B was excellent - really close to Plaza Espana, a great place for relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with such tasty fresh-squeezed juice every morning. The best part of our stay, however, was Alice. She was so friendly, so helpful, and she made several excellent restaurant recommendations.
