  Everything! This "hotel" seemed more a short-term apartment rental. The room was great, very clean, very big (bigger than our NYC apartment).   This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do

  Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet. The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).
