Very friendly and helpful staff.

Dirty bedding on both beds, no phone in the room, keys didn't work (3 times), terrible stale smoke odor with heavy air freshener to cover up smell caused me to be sick, coffee pot was dirty with coffee burned to the bottom and coffee filter remained in coffee maker from the guest(s) before me. Everything was just so dirty. Disgusting!.
