The staff was very helpful, the food and drinks were great, and the
rooms were comfortable. Even housekeeping was very pleasant. I booked a
room through Expedia and was very pleased with the hotel. The grounds
were very pretty also. I would definitely stay here again if we return
to the wine country for another visit!.
we really liked the idea of several different buildings and easy parking.The room was excellent and always quiet. We really enjoyed looking out the window at the distant scenery, beautiful. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were wonderful, polite and very helpful.todo comentarios
Wonderful beds: I have a back pain when I sleep anywhere besides my own bed, but beds in this Hilton are super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi looked very nice and water was warm even at cold night. Very quiet area, pleasant staff.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and had lots of room. It also had a nice view and was quite bright. The restaurant was very good.

The hotel is comfortable, has an in-room safe, clean, good restaurant, fitness, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was great value for money for the Thanksgiving weekend! We enjoyed Healdsburg farmers market, wine tasting and the Charles Schulz Museum. Near enough to have dinner at the Applewood Inn restaurant. Yumm!.
Bathroom was very dirty. If you opened the door there was an accumulation of dust. We were in the bottom of zinfandel, and the hallways smelled musty.
Nice landscaping, spacious, well-appointed property. Very good

This is the second time I stayed in the Chablis building and the hallways smell like a liter box. Inside the room was fine, though. Quite unpleasant. Also, for the price, there is no wifi in the room and breakfast is not included in the price of the room...
Dinner was quite expensive for the standard we received. The bar closing
at midnight was earlier than we hoped; and room service delivery to the
pool was quite slow although we do appreciate we were an unusual group.
Room wasn't as clean as Inwould have expected. Room was a bit dusty in places and the carpet wasn't vacuumed in places.

The hotel only had one room reserved for me even though I requested 2 on letsbookhotel.com. They were able to find a room available, but I was concerned about the communication gap between letsbookhotel.com and the hotel.
The air conditioner was ver noisy. We looked on to the car park. The house keeping was so late they ended up just did the bathroom as we had returned from our day out.
Distance from shops and restaurants and the feeling of being marooned
and at their mercy. Room service dinner was fast - too fast because food
quality was not good.

Decor was very old, dated, and dingy. Extremely expensive considering the subpar state of the room, building, and pool.
Poor housekeeping: dirty towels removed but not replaced, bedroom carpet pretty filthy.
