For the price, location and needs this hotel works. I must say that Brad had a lot on his plate working alone, but he REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND . ..

Bathroom was a little small
Carpet could use a deep shampoo in certain active areas
Beds were a little uncomfortable, but managable to just sleep. That the person at the front desk has to do everything, from answer the phones, laundry, check in guest, go to guests rooms if needed. That is to much for one person regardless of the job, they should have more than one person on hand.

Air conditioner didn't work, beds uncomfortable.
the carpet had stains on it that made the floor seem dirty. towel rack was broken.
Rooms were dark, smell like smoke ( requested non- smoking).
Middle of renovating items all over including large carpet rolls.
