I liked the location of our room, toward the back. I liked the comfort of the beds. I also liked the flat-screen TV.

Generally, the hotels in Palo Alto are too expensive. While the Comfort Inn was among the most affordable, it merely offered basic neat and clean lodging. Either the rates should be lower, or the amenities and service should be greater.
