Lo que la gente dice
It was realy nice to stay in Sweet Olive during our vacation. We (me and my girlfriend) were there for a weekend and we both enjoyed the stay. This place is in great location near to main atraction in New Orleans and it has incredible magical atmosphere. Our room was perfect clean and well kept. Home made breakfest was always realy delicious! The Inkeeper was so nice and helpful. We'd like to say just: "Nancy, thank you so much for a wonderful stay". todo comentarios »
A relaxed, quiet and friendly oasis with easy access to all New Orleans has to offer. Nancy is a charming hostess and a great cook (her orange/cranberry bread is to die for). The breakfast is healthy and delicious, and there's plenty of time to enjoy it in this charming house. Lots of thoughtful little extras like the library, and beer/wine/soft drinks in the fridge. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Auld Sweet Olive.
Great place!! With its top location this inn - embedded in a well kept neighborhood and yet walking distance from New Orleans French Quarter - is the perfect choice to stay when visiting New Orleans.
Nancy - the innkeeper - proved to be an excellent hostess with a great talent of making her guests feel at home. The house is an 1840 built original very well kept and charming.
We enjoyed our weekend in The Big Easy very much.
I so enjoyed my stay! Truly one of the highlights of my first ever visit to New Orleans! As a solo traveler (and on foot) I felt completely safe at the B & B and within the surrounding neighborhood. I prefer simple and the Innkeeper Nancy Gunn offers simple~elegance! Already manifesting my next trip which will for sure include Auld Sweet Olive Bed and Breakfast!!.
The rooms were gorgeous and the owner was super friendly and went out of her way to treat us like we were her best friends! She has done and excellent job with the furnishings and decor. It's so personal and inviting.
We are coming back!
The food was delicious and presentation was awesome!.
Very nice B&B. The location is couple of blocks away from Bourbon Street and Frenchman Street. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts and lovely stay.
Great location. Walking distance to the French Quarter, Frenchman Street
and the streetcars. Great hostess. Very nice home and accommodations.
Delicious breakfast. Fun.
Nancy is an interesting, caring and attentive host. And she is a great cook! The house itself is a work of art. We'd return in a heartbeat!.
Charming litte B&B in a historic house . Fantastic decor, great location and terrific inn keeper!.
good location, walking distance to frenchman street, free parking. Great bakery at breakfast.
Nancy the innkeeper was wonderful, professional, and knowledgable.
Wonderfully welcoming, great breakfasts.
There was nothing we didn't like.
Mosquitoes. Bring some repellents.
Having to leave.
Nothing negative at all but unless you enjoy walking, the house is a bit far from the French Quarter.
