Lo que la gente dice
The RRT stopped right by the hotel. Tons of resteraunts and food option surround the location.
Walking distance to The Mennonites historical society and museum.
20 minute bus ride tot he Amish farm house.
Pool was clean and the breakfast was a simple continental breakfast.
Wifi was working and very good.
Walking distance to Dutch wonderland.
Man at desk was very nice and curteous! I requested a non smoking room
at check in time and he was able to help me out. He personally took me
to two different rooms to let me choose which one I'd like. Very
nice place all the way around.todo comentarios »
We enjoyed our stay there and found it was close to restaurants and lots of shopping.
I liked that it was close to all the local attractions.
Affordside: good location for Lancaster County.
the pool is clean.nice popleclean rooms.
Location, free breakfast, very helpful.
Fresh smell, low cost, clean, friendly.
very pleasant stay, good breakfast.
It was In a great location!!!.
The price and the staff.
Everything was great!.
Day manager tried to resolve a situation. Night manager did not help at all. Refunded monies for second night to us.
The mattresses were really, really comfortable and the bedding was new
and up to date.
Host was friendly, had no attitude and anwer all and any questions i had.
Close to fast food restaurants and the city.
close to outlets.
Good location.
I liked that it's not to far from NYC, and easy to locate. The price was reasonable as well.
I like it was close to shopping.
The price but if knew had to sacrifice standards never would have booked.
could take my dog.
Nothing!!!!!!!!.
Nothing.
The wall paper was peeling in areas of my room and in the hallway.
Got burned turning on the shower. The dial was not on track.
The beds were a lot firmer than I am accustomed to and uncomfortable for me.
No complaints.
nothing.
Toilets are very weak.
A little more variety at breakfast.
Unfortunately I was the victum of identity theft while staying at the hotel. An individual claiming he was an employee needed to reconfirm my credit card. Later that day someone atttempted to use my card to make a large purchase at Best Buy. A police report was submitted to the Lancaster police. It was my error to give out this info (especially when the call came on the house telephone at 5:00 am). My credit card company caught the fraud ant the card cancelled.
went to leave and there was a broken liquor bottle shattered by my car tire.
the breakfast doesn't have varietity.
Booked non-smoking room. Someone on floor was smoking and the smoke was pumped into our room through bathroom exhaust fan. Left after one night because of allergy to cigarette smoke.
The biggest fault I had with the hotel was the Internet. They stated
they had free Internet but when I was trying to get on to send a file
to a client I wasn't able to get on the Internet, it kept showing
then disappearing as an available network. I ended up having to go and
stand out in the parking lot at 6am to try and pick up a signal from
another hotel. Ended up picking up the Tanger's Outlet Mall's
free Wi-Fi Signal.
The a/c in room barely kept the room cold.Need better a/c.
No microwave.
no elevator.
Very basic. Also, as a motel, you could not park near the room.
The man at the front desk not the nicest person especially, since he is the "face" of the motel, he should have been warmer. My biggest dislike is the fact that they lock the front doors at night. This is dangerous in that if there is a fire, or some other emergency, what is everyone supposed to do...rush out the back door?! I would never stay there again!.
the bed was very, very hard. It had too many air freshners. I think they must have had one in every room and hall ways and at the front desk. It was a little over welming. Plus the muffins and bread must have absorbed the smeel, they takes funny.
Room ceiling n walls pealing. My husband cut finger tryin to attach curtains on rod bc were hanging off when walked in. Sink faucet had noticeable food particles not wiped clean. Just a very poorly maintained hotel n I regret booking :(.
was old, dirty and rundown.
*Security - non existant *cigarette burns on beding *looked like a drug
dealers paradise *general cleaness poor *no amenaties in room - hair
dryer or iron *will not stay at knights inn again *by listing this
establishment on your site only hurts your validity!!!!!.
The entire complex needs to be remodeled! I/we have never stayed in
a hotel such as this. The rooms were dirty, the sheets were old and had
cigarette burns and blood stains on them. The the bed spread had body
fluids on it. Dust everywhere. The white towels were dingy gray WiFi was
minimal but did work, but not constantly. Television was ancient and not
of flat screen quality although there was a good channel line up, but,
no premium channels. Please do not let the pictures fool you.
The rooms were dirty, the bathroom ceiling was fallinf apart and the shower curtain rod was shimmed with cardboard. There was a room that was raided by the cops for prostitution and drugs. The manager had no clue as to what was going on. I will never recommend my friends nor my enemies to stay here.
