Cleanliness of the room, and the staff was excellent & cooperative with any concerns we had....
The safety latch on our first floor window wasn't operating properly, and the desk clerk immediately had us change to a different room......

The only complaint and it is not really a complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was low. Water was warm but pressure was low.
Felt rushed at breakfast but staff did accommodate.
We couldn't stay longer!.
